Jeff McKittrick is Partner is a Partner at Revenue Operations Associates with a track record of success leading advanced sales enablement, learning and development and Revenue Operations programs and systems at B2B businesses.
He has over 20 years of sales operations and enablement experience building and implementing digital selling and sales enablement platforms at Cisco, Hitachi Vantara, WalkMe and Pure Storage. His award winning “Digital Selling Platform” implementation defined the blueprint for connecting enablement, readiness and engagement systems with CRM to simplify the seller experience, augment seller capabilities, improve their performance, while significantly improve the adoption, utilization and return on the commercial technology stack.
Jeff is passionate about teamwork across the Revenue team and demonstrating that with proper leadership, training and teamwork - a large sales team doesn’t have to be slow to change. As Co-Founder of the Raleigh Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society and a faculty member of the Revenue Enablement Institute, he has helped CROs and operations leaders take on their biggest leadership challenges by developing “rapid response” teams that can execute in an already fast-paced environment. He has partnered with SiriusDecisions to leverage and share best practices research and proven methodologies for transforming and connecting commercial sales enablement, readiness, engagement systems and practical ways for implementing Revenue Operations.
